Listify is an automation platform that helps auto dealers and real estate agents post listings on Facebook and Facebook Marketplace. The Service includes features for importing listings, generating descriptions, and managing inventory.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content you import, submit, or post through the Service, including listings, descriptions, images, and other materials.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right and authorization to use all content you provide.
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Your content does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
