This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Listify subscription and what happens when you do.

How to Cancel

  • Contact us at team@mail-listify.app or call us at 870-882-2004 to request cancellation.
  • You may also cancel through your payment provider if you subscribed through a third-party platform.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation requests are processed immediately upon receipt.
  • Access to the Service will be immediately revoked upon cancellation.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Once a billing period has begun, no refunds will be provided for that period.

Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, you will lose access to premium features. Your account data will be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may export your data before cancellation. Contact us if you need assistance exporting your information.

Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate, you can do so at any time by subscribing again through your account or by contacting us. Your previous account data may be available if it has not been deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
